I’ve given so much love for free. And I want to sit here and be a boss bitch and shout into the wind: “fuck you! never again!” but I can’t. Because I would be lying. I give my love for free and forever because that is just who I am. This is how I was made, how life has formed me. And I love myself. And I love you too. So much. I know what it is like to have to learn how to breathe both under and above water, to have to mutate and alchemize, to have to become A Different Thing.

There is always a Before and an After. The exact moment will never reveal itself to you while you’re in it - it’s too hectic, there are too many electrical signals going on. But days, months, years, eons from now, if you listen closely, you’ll hear it.
