I have a dream I’m a stripper. I work the day shift at this restaurant/bar/club type space. This guy comes in with his friends. It’s his friend’s bachelor party, I assume, but they’re all pretty calm, not too rowdy. He sees me and immediately laser focuses. We talk and he begins to give me money. He gives me a couple thousand every few minutes. His friends all know the grift and they shake their head at him but he doesn’t care and neither do I. We keep talking about nothing in particular and he keeps giving me money. I give him a kiss. He asks for a private room. I go upstairs to prepare one for him. His friends decide it’s time to go before I get the chance to bring him there. He apologizes and I tell him I want money as an apology. He goes to the ATM and takes out $6000 and gives it to me. I’m happy. I give him my number and we agree to meet up another day. I don’t have any special feelings about him, I just like that he gives me money. 

In the course of the dream I see my parents. They know what I do but I feel no shame. I see [redacted] as well, a girl from my old high school. She works at this club with me. This is my life.

I wake up.
